We have a (new) 2012 Trek Lush on sale--we marked it down from its original $2,199.99 to make space in our store, but don't worry, this bike is still amazing.
The Lush is a women's specific full suspension mountain bike. This particular model has 26" wheels for those shorter riders who want more maneuverable wheels than the new 29ers. It has Shimano Deore shifters and derailleurs (10spd, triple) and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. It has a light-weight aluminum frame and 120mm of travel. The front fork is a Rock Shox Recon, which has a lock-out, and the Fox rear shock allows you to dial it to your weight and fine tune it for those long climbs or descents. The Active Braking Pivot means that your suspension won't change when you apply the brakes, making those switchbacks you take while going downhill a breeze.
Basically, this is an all-mountain machine: light enough to climb, but with such awesome suspension that it'll feel like you're floating over those roots and rocks, no big deal. Plus, with the smaller wheel size you can get them up in the air and have some fun without sacrificing overall stability.
